Rev 6:3-4 NCV When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" Then another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given power to take away peace (prosperity, rest) from the earth and to make people kill each other (butcher, slaughter, to maim violently, in streets), and he was given a big sword (assassins sword, terrorist, loud, mighty, sore afraid).
“We have so devalued human life in our society that for many people it is a small thing to kill another person.”
-Jim Bakker in “Prosperity and the Coming Apocalypse”
Three men suspected of ties to al-Qaeda have been arrested in Spain along with explosive material. Three other men have been arrested in connection to the weapons and explosives discovered after an operation by Spanish police.
Spain’s Interior Minister said the men are believed to have been planning a major attack in Spain or Europe.
Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz said the men had “extensive experience in the manufacture of poison and car bombs” and that they had enough explosives to “destroy a bus.” One of the men is described as a “senior al-Qaeda operative.”
In March, Spanish police arrested a man who was running a jihadist message board where al-Qaeda issued a call for “lone wolves” as operatives in the country. At least one of the suspects has been linked to an al-Qaeda training camp in Pakistan.
