Let’s Talk 2015 (Pt. 2)

Sharon Couchman

I truly believe that 2015 will be an amazing year in God.  The heavens are speaking to us through the blood moons, solar and lunar eclipses, solar flares, asteroids coming near the earth’s atmosphere, etc.

Let’s join the good company of the sons of Issachar who could identify the current season.  (I Chronicles 12:32)   A mighty move of God is heading our way.  We serve an amazingly, loving, kind and merciful Savior who desires that none should perish!  God is hearing the cry of His people and He will not turn a deaf ear.

I sense in my spirit that as we draw closer to the end of this world’s system we will be used of God (according to our willingness) to be bold witnesses for the Lord more often.

Keep praying for the persecuted church in other countries.  In the past few years, thousands have been tortured and martyred for their belief in Christ.  Their unwavering faithfulness reminds us that our lives are not our own.  We have been bought with a price through the precious blood of Jesus.

I Corinthians 6:19-20 KJV – “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20) For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

In our beloved America the anti-Christian attitude is becoming more apparent and widespread.  You probably heard about the highway bulletin boards posting a picture of a little girl saying, “All I want for Christmas is to not go to church.  I’m too old for fairy tales.”  These posters were funded by a group of atheists who are incensed about anything having to do with Christianity.

As I saw that bulletin, a great sadness crossed my heart.  I thought about our loving Heavenly Father and how much it must grieve Him that little children are being influenced to not seek Him or hear about the truth.  Pray!

My predictions for 2015?  As follows:

1)      God will still be God.

2)      God will continue to love, help and comfort His people.

3)      God will still use you if you are willing and obedient.

4)      Many will be won to Christ.

5)      As the world grows darker, the Body of Christ will shine brighter and brighter.

6)      There is a sifting, shaking and separating that will define who are really the true believers.

7)      God will still provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory. Phil 4:19

8)      Whatever happens in your life in 2015, God will always be there for you.

9)      I believe the Lord will use the media more and more to preach the gospel.

10)  There are some who have been considered “enemies” or extreme liberals who will change affiliations once that veil of deception is lifted. Keep praying!

11)  There will be an increase in true miracles designed to get the attention of non-believers so they will begin to seek God.  These miracles will also cause those who have said God doesn’t heal to question their beliefs and seek the truth in God’s Word.

12)  There will be radical conversions to Christ that will shock the world as well as some in the church.

13)  There will be an acceleration from the time a prayer is prayed and then answered.  Why do I say this?  Because of the shortness of the days in which we live and the soon return of our Savior. Also, more of God’s people are realizing the authority that has been given to them through Christ.

14)  God will continue to “expose the darkness” and reveal the hidden plots of the enemy.

15)  2015 will be a year that many will remember as their year of deliverance and breakthrough.

Let’s stay close to God throughout 2015 and fellowship with like-minded believers.

Scripture encourages us to:  “Be strong…”

Psalm 31:24 NIV —“Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.”

Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV —“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” KJV

Ephesians 6:10 KJV – “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.”

This is not the time to “lay back” and just observe what happens.  Be “on fire for God!  Let Him have first place in your life and 2015 will be a special year for you.

You are in our prayers.  We are here for you.

  1. We must let Christians know that their spirit was saved by Jesus, but their Mind must be renewed by the Word of God, their body put under the power of the Holy Spirit and Gods Word. Not our will but Gods will be done. Our spirit must be yielded to the Holy Spirit to have the power to overcome temptations of the world. Led by Gods Holy Spirit we can and will bring Gods will to be done on the earth.

  2. AMEN, AMEN, I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU WROTE AND PREDICTED. I JUST MINISTERED GOD IS NOT LOOKING FOR A LUKEWARM CHURCH, WE AS HIS CHILDREN MUCH PUT GOD FIRST AND BE ON FIRE FOR GOD AND THE THINGS OF GOD
