À Londres, England, Islamic extremists demonstrate in the streets chanting, “We obey no law but Islamic law,” and “British police go to hell.”
France has had enough of that kind of attitude! There has been a crackdown on Islamic radicals and Muslim clerics. Last month there were seven people killed by an Al-Qaeda inspired gunman. The French Police rounded up nineteen suspected Islamic terrorists in French cities encompassing the Toulouse region. This is where the French/Algerian gunman, Mohamed Merah, went on the ten day killing spree, murdering seven people, three French paratroopers, a rabbi and three Jewish children ages 4, 5 et 7 ans.
“We do not accept Islamic extremism. This is not a new policy, but after what happened in Toulouse and Montauban we have to be more vigilant than ever.” Interior Minister Claude Gueant also stated the French police have arrested ten more suspected radicle Islamists in another nation-wide sweep.
Claude Gueant stated his actions were part of “an acceleration of the deportation procedures of foreign Islamic radicals.” Included in this group was a Malian imam, known to give anti-Semitic sermons and the rejection of Western ways. There was also an Islamic militant from Algeria who had been involved in the 1994 attacks in Marrakech, Maroc, an imam of Saudi descent, an Islamic militant from Tunisia and an imam from Turkey.
Reuters News reported that the leader of a banned radical Islamist group (Knights of Pride,) was arrested and is under formal investigation in France.
The Israeli News Network reports there has been an escalation of anti-Israeli incitement in France, somewhat like descriptions of pre-Holocaust Europe. “Jews are being attacked all the time.” Liora Zachary, an immigrant from France, dit, “Enfants, in the buses, in the Metro, going to school, coming from school, couples in the street are being harassed – this is just an unbearable situation.”
