Diversi funzionari di Hamas ha riferito gli arresti si sono presto Martedì mattina in tutto il territorio della Cisgiordania. Secondo i funzionari di Hamas, uno degli arrestati era responsabile dei colloqui di riconciliazione tra l'organizzazione terroristica Hamas di Gaza e il suo rivale, il partito Fatah in Cisgiordania. The Hamas leadership in the Gaza Strip sponsored a terror military school for Palestinian teenagers and is graduating their first class. Oltre 3,600 teenagers graduated from the Hamas militant group’s first high school military training program in the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian teens brandished mock weapons, crawled on the ground commando style and took up fighting positions, all to the sound of cheering by thousands of Gaza Palestinians. (più…)

During a joint press conference in Gaza with visiting Malaysian premier, Hamas leader urges Arabs to come against Israel’s new government. The visit of Malaysia’s premier is seen as a political boost for the Gaza territory’s once international isolation.

The West has officially branded Hamas as a terrorist organization which seized Gaza in 2007. The Arab Spring uprisings that brought Islamists to power in parts of the Middle East also enabled Hamas to break out of its isolation and take command over Gaza from the PLO. They have continued to work toward closer relationships in the past two years with the regional powerhouses of Egypt and Turkey in what they hope will be a coalition against Israel. (più…)

IDF soldiers were on a routine patrol when they discovered a large tunnel located near an Israeli kibbutz. The tunnel was traced back to Palestinian territory in the Gaza Strip. Israel’s intelligence says the tunnel was designed to use for terror attacks by Hamas militants.

Israeli Defense Forces declared the tunnel to be a “serious security threat. Such a tunnel in Israel indicates a clear intent by Gaza terrorist groups, led by Hamas, to attack Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.” (più…)

Hamas’ supreme leader Khaled Mashaal recently visited Gaza to celebrate what the terrorists declared was a victory over Israel in last month’s missile war. Mashaal instructed terror cells in Judea and Samaria to get ready for a military coup to oust Mahmoud Abbas as Palestinian Authority Chairman.

Intelligence officials suggest that Iran is behind the plan for a coup against Israel. According to the London Sunday Times, Iran wants to have an allied militia in Judea and Samaria, parallel to Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon. (più…)
