Pro-life activists are refocusing their battle to stop abortion in the United States by concentrating on the state level rather than the national level.
Em 2011, mais do que 92 pieces of legislation designed to protect life were passed on the state level. Different kinds of pro-life laws are being considered in more than two dozen states.
The president of the Susan B. Anthony List says there is a lot of pro-life support at the state level. She attributes the momentum to many factors that started with Roe v. Vadear.
The advance are drawing the ire of pro-abortion advocates. The Center for Reproductive Rights, a group that promotes abortion, has recently scored victories when they rushed into courts to stop measures designed to protect the lives of babies.
Marjorie Dannenselser, president of the Susan B. Anthony List, told Fox News that she knows where everything is going to end.
“The last stop will be the U.S. Supreme Court,", Ela disse.

As long as the tenth Amendment stays intact, we can fight at the state level to pursue and topple Roe v. Vadear, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Go to your statehouse and be just as much of a pest as pro-aborts and pro-choicers.
