Russia is on our Watch List (Parte 2)

Iranian Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili said in an interview with “Russia Today” television, “We expect that Iran’s right for nuclear technologies, including uranium enrichment, will be officially recognized and respected.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said last week Moscow supports Iran’s right to peaceful uses of nuclear energy and is in constant contact with Tehran on nuclear issues.

Western nations as well as Israel are hoping to convince Iran to give up their nuclear program, which they suspect is aimed at producing weapons. Iran however continues to say its nuclear program is only designed to create electric energy.

Meanwhile Russia is in the process of upgrading their fleet of new bombers which was stymied by the 1991 Soviet collapse. Putin talking to top Russian military brass said the new military projects will be “expensive and the technologically challenging.” He added that the job needs to be done despite high costs, according to Russian news agencies. The Russian air force now has just over a dozen modern supersonic Tu-160 bombers and several dozen more turboprop bombers that date back to the 1950s.

Political analysts say Russia and China would consider a U.S. military action against Iran as an attack on their own borders and a threat to their own national security. Shamus Cooke from the Global Research website reported “Attacking Syria and/or Iran opens the door to a wider regional or even international war.”

Major General Zhang Zhaozhong, a professor from the Chinese National Defense University, stressed the point that China would not hesitate to protect the Islamic Republic against a military strike, even if this means the start of a Third World War. The Russian Ambassador to the U.N. very strongly disagreed with any plans to attack Iran’s nuclear labs, saying it would be “a very dangerous scenario” which could lead to “catastrophe.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning to spend $730 billion for weapons and is developing new intercontinental ballistic missiles. They are holding joint military exercises with China.

“For nation shall rise against nation, e reino contra reino: e haverá fomes, e pestes, e terremotos, in various places.” (Mateus 24:7)

“Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army is two hundred thousand thousand (200 milhão): and I heard the number of them.” (Revelação 9:14-18)

China has 1.2 billion people! Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has pledged to raise an army of 100 million to march with China. This world is rushing violently toward a nuclear holocaust as described in the scriptures. (Ezequiel 20:47) (Joel 2:3)
