John Lynch served for 27 years as pastor in Phoenix, Arizona at Open Door Fellowship. The authenticity and longevity of that community contributed to the wisdom that led him to write TrueFaced and recently leave his position at Open Door to focus full time on the TrueFaced ministry.

John Lynch also wrote and performed with Sharkey Productions, a Christian theater troupe he co-founded aimed at reaching people still seeking Jesus.
