We are SO excited!!  The Morningside Restoration Marathon Telethon began this morning with a 2.5 million dollar goal to pay off our stations so that we may stay on the air to continue presenting you with amazing guests that are truly making a difference!  Here you will find Biblical teaching that is REAL.  We are hearing from you and know how much you are enjoying the guests and the teaching that is being brought to you.    

 

We will be here on the live stream 24 hours a day 7 days a week with some of our favorite friends to the ministry, Praising God and being together!

Join us at Morningside for Live Commentary on Election Night

Today, November 8th, election day, a deeply divided America are heading to their polling locations to submit their vote for the new President of the United States of America.  On election night at 6:00pm Central Standard Time, we invite you to join Pastor Jim and Lori Bakker, Zach Drew and Sasha Volz on Grace Street or watch us on our live feed as we come together in unity and prayer while awaiting the voting results. Many decisions will be made that day as other elected state and federal seats and issues will be on the line. Today, November the 8th, is the day we share our voices on what WE, the People, want for this nation.

Please join us at Morningside on Election night! Admission is free to this event.  We will also be streaming this event live beginning at 6:00pm Central Standard Time from the PTL Television Network on Roku and Apple TV, and of course, you can also watch it via internet on watch us live.  

We will be having some of our most amazing guests calling in with their comments on this election night.  So far Jim Garlow, Ramiro Peña, Michael Snyder. Lance Wallnau, Rick Wiles, Bishop Ron Webb, and Frank Amedia are scheduled and more will be announced!

There is no gentle way to put this. The future of the United States is truly at stake and beginning November 9th we will be waking to a different America.  We ask that you PLEASE… get out and VOTE!!  If you need a ride, we encourage you to contact your city offices and ask them for information.  Most cities have volunteers that will drive you to the polls.

Pastor Zachary Drew – Always Go Back to the Word of God

Thursday night’s Evening Service at the Ready Now Expo was a special one for those at Morningside.  Our very own Pastor Zachary Drew was the teacher and we were his eager students.  This is the first time that Pastor Drew has led one of our expo evening services since being ordained a few months ago.  He has been teaching Revelation now for 3 years.  There is something about Zach that is contagious; He LOVES God’s Word.  He not only loves it but lives in every word, every verse and every chapter. He encourages old and young to open their Bible and seek what God is telling them, reminding all that it is written from the most amazing love there can be.

“I want people to get into the Word!  There are hidden treasures in every chapter; mysteries we have to uncover!  Don’t just believe what someone tells you is true.  Something can sound spiritual and of God but if it isn’t in his Word don’t believe it!  Don’t even believe what I tell you! Fall in love with the Word of God and listen to Him!”

Pastor Zach shared many amazing insights from the Bible with us, warning that we cannot believe some of the half truths that are out there and are spoken all the time.

“We have all been told, ‘God won’t give us more than we can handle.’  In 1 Corinthians 10:13 God says  ‘No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.’  God is saying that you will go through things.  Of course we will go through things that will be more than we can bear.  If we didn’t, why would we need God? He is saying I will help you get through it, whatever it is. We can get through it together.”

The evening service continued with many teachings on faith and the book of  Revelation and concluded with those in the audience filled with the knowledge that only God’s Word can provide.  We all look forward to the future and many more lessons, insights and inspiration from Pastor Zachary Drew!
