Quotes

In the Bible, the Lord speaks of famine, swords and pestilence. Pestilence [Ebola] is one of the things that can be a judgement and it can be a warning. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

I think this in the most important preparation year. I think we should be ready for it. I believe it’s going to be so eventful. We’re going to see dozen of things will be happening all at one time and it’ll be too late to get ready. -Pastor Jim Bakker

I feel all things are converging in a way that I’ve never seen before. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

The Shemitah doesn’t only wipe out financial accounts, but in the time of judgement it wipes out physical realities. It wipes out even cities and nations when it comes to a nation that has defied God. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

The Shemitah is not only behind the rise and fall of the economy, the rise and fall of the financial realm but even the rise and fall of nations. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

The Shemitah not only brings the fall of powers but the rise of powers. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

To a nation which upholds the ways of God, [the Shemitah] comes as a blessing. But to the nation that has once known God, but has rejected and defied Him, the Shemitah comes not as a blessing, but as a judgment. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

In that year [1963], America decides – rules – it is legal to kill its unborn children. Israel offered up its children on the alters of Baal and Moloch, but America doesn’t kill thousands, it kills millions. That sin was the very thing that sealed the judgment of Israel. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

You have this symbol of American power and preeminence and blessing, this monument. And it’s interesting, because [The World Trade Center] was built in the year 1973, the very year that was supposed to be the symbol of America’s glory, it marked the years that America killed its children. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

What’s the connection between the [World Trade Center] and the Shemitah? Well towers speak of rising, but the Shemitah means “the fall.” Towers speak of man’s greatness, or the nation’s greatness, but the Shemitah speaks of the greatness of God. The towers speak of the glory of man, or of a civilization, but the Shemitah humbles the glory of man, and the pride of nations. A tower rises, it’s built up, but the Shemitah wipes away that which is built up.

It’s Isaiah 9:10 that created [The Freedom Tower]. That’s the verse of judgment. We are seeing all these things converge, and we are heading to the next year of the Shemitah. We’re heading to this now, the end of it. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

America has been the strongest economic power on earth since the year 1871 with [The Equitable Life Assurance Building]. That age came to an end a few weeks ago. America was eclipsed for the first time. America is no longer the strongest economic power on earth. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

Ground your emotional life on God. That’s crucial. Because if everything’s shaking around you, you’ve got to be grounded on something else. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

It says, “The Lord is my strength, I shall not fear. Whom shall I fear?” Destruction, no. Terrorism, no. Nuclear attacks, no. EMPs, no. We’ll be ready, but we will not fear! -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn

Kingdoms rise and kingdoms fall, but you are the same in every generation, you are our rock, Lord. -Rabbi Jonathan Cahn
