Damascus Burns
Posted May 6, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
“A declaration of war!” declares Syria’s Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal al Mekdad.
Iran condemned the Israeli attack and urged countries in the region to stand against Israel.
Damascus, the capital city of Syria is known to be the world’s oldest continuously inhabited city, inhabited since prehistoric times, but we live in a time that will see the utter destruction of this grand city. Bible prophecy is being fulfilled in front of us, day by day. Read more »
The Shedding of Innocent Blood
Posted May 3, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
Our land has been polluted by innocent blood and our nation has been defiled by our own works and ungodly deeds. Therefore the wrath of the Lord has been kindled by the very things that God has detested. If we continue in our ungodly ways in these last days, we will be brought into oppression under the rule of our foes. God’s hand of protection is being lifted.
There are a lot of pictures I could have used with this article, many of them too graphic and repulsive, like dumpsters behind abortion clinics filled with babies seemingly reaching out of the ooze and garbage as a gesture for help, mixed with other body parts and human debris. Most of these deaths go unavenged, but a few have come to the attention of authorities like the recent trial of Dr. Kermit Gosnell in Philadelphia, who was accused of gruesome acts of murder inside his “house of horrors” clinic in the city of brotherly love. Benghazi – Light Breaking into Deep Darkness
Posted May 2, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
Why would any country in their right mind give advanced weapons to a sworn enemy of the state and a threat to other world powers? That is the question we should be asking in Washington. Matter of fact, in today’s world there are usually many more questions than there are answers. Read more »
Not Destined for Wrath
Posted April 29, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
As the situation on the ground worsens, God’s prophets in the earth today have a feeling of urgency. There is excitement in the air for Jesus’ return and dread on the earth for “the time of trouble,” that this globe is facing. “The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.” (Joel 2:31)
NASA tells us that there will be a total eclipse of the sun in 2014 and 2015 as well as a total eclipse of the moon that will make it appear as blood red. All of this will take place on the high holy days of the Jewish calendar. God has given us signs in the heavens as He has fulfilled prophetic events. These are the days the ancient prophets also spoke of in the Old Testament. Read more »
Christians – Stand up and be Heard!
Posted April 26, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
In a world that has gone crazy, it is time to stand up and be heard. Christians, your government is not going to make a stand for you! They have their own agenda for survival in these end times. While it is still legal to make a stand, make your voice heard and make your life count for something in the Kingdom of God.
The Kingdom of Morocco, in the old days, maybe even as far back as the 1940s use to be an exotic and interesting place to visit. It has a North African Atlantic coastline and borders the Mediterranean with a rugged mountain interior. Romantic cities like Casablanca, Marrakesh and Tangier held intrigue and adventure in store for anyone seeking unusual exploits. Now days, it is Christians beware! This week the Supreme Ulema Council in Morocco published a fatwa (an Official Islamic religious decree) calling for the death penalty for all who have left Islam for Christianity. Read more »
Red Lines have Faded to Pink
Posted April 25, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
We have been hearing of many red lines being drawn, but as time passes, red fades to pink and it is hoped by many that the pink will fade into nothing at all.
Former intelligence and justice minister of Israel, MK Tzachi Hanegbi said time is running out. “It’s now or never, and the option of never does not exist.” He was referring to the fact that Israel cannot afford to allow Iran to have nuclear arms as part of their arsenal, which would upset the balance of power in the Middle East and make Israel particularly vulnerable. Guard Your Heart Gate
Posted April 24, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
Your heart gate is an access point leading into a peaceful garden that surrounds your dwelling place, spiritually speaking. Evil is everywhere we look. There is violence in abundance. We must have a quiet place away from the noise of this world, a place where we can be alone with God and listen for His instruction and direction. The garden is a place where you can think on these things . . . Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise and watch your garden bloom!
Some people retreat into the recesses of their houses and miss the garden experience altogether. We might invite Jesus into our abode at times but we have only cleaned up the living room of our house and our other spiritual rooms are dark and messy. Some people have retreated down into the basement of depression where it is dark, damp and cold. It is there we have stored the things of our past that we are not ready to let go of yet, but we do not want others to see that part of us. Read more »
A Parable of Ears to Hear
Posted April 23, 2013By: Jan Douglas Bish
On occasion in this world, the words of the most popular mainstream media news are like seeds. But in greater truth I tell you the Word of God is the true seed. We had better listen to what is really going on in the world and understand the truth. We need to discern the days in which we live, spiritually and see the physical signs of the end times around us. These are crucial days. Jesus said, “You have been given the opportunity to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 13:11)
Governments will lie to you. People will lie. The news media usually only tells you half the truth. Today not only in philosophy, but in politics and individual morality, this ungodly generation who were raised in public schools and lukewarm churches, see solutions in humanistic terms mixed with a blend of truth and not absolutes. When this happens, truth, as people have always thought of truth is dead. However, we do find absolute truth in the Bible and through Jesus the Christ, the Living Word. Read more »

The technology is here. The spirit of anti-christ is on the scene. Terrorism is being carried out in our streets. The world economy is on the verge of collapse. And, governments are receptive to new concepts that might be of assistance in controlling the public and tracking undesirables.
According to Forbes, the new “chip” is ingestible, implantable, or applicable by contact like a tattoo. Some of these devices have even been FDA approval. Difficult Times are Here

Iranian nuclear technicians have tripled the number of uranium enrichment centrifuges installed over the past three months. The West believes this is all part of their effort to acquire an atomic bomb. Iran continues to claim their nuclear exploration is for peaceful purposes, but continue to work in secret.
Not so suddenly, we find ourselves in an unstable world. North Korea is against South Korea and demands that the United States pull our support from the South. Most of the Middle East is against the West. Muslim ideology in the East, west, north and south is against anyone who is considered a non-Muslim. The Sunni Muslims cannot even get along with the Shiite Muslims. Read more »
