Jack has had a heart attack.  He is also suffering from cancer and they are unable to operate because of the cancer.  Pray that his artery will be free of the blockage.  He needs a miracle in his body!  We stand in faith with Jack and Mary and we curse that cancer in his body and speak to his body to line up with the Word of God!
