I can read some of the “types” in the Old Testament, and I understand them. “Oh,” I say, “that’s Jesus!” I read the book of Revelation, and I can recognize Jesus. I know His voice. I know how He speaks, I know the words He uses, I know the things He likes and dislikes. The reason I know these things is not because I am so special or so intelligent or so devoted to God. I know them because God speaks to me, just as He will to you, through His Word!
