I also want to spend eternity with the body of Christ, the community of believers. What delights we will enjoy together in the eternal kingdom of God. No more worries about time, money, or reputations. No more attacks from the devil. Heaven will be a safe place, a place of unfathomable security—the ultimate refuge—because wherever Jesus is, that is our refuge. We will be home—home with Him, home at last. And we will no doubt discover that Jesus is, was, and forever will be, our Refuge.
