We wanted to publish this good report from a partner in Texas.  It is a praise report for Jeff, who works on the customer service line.  The partner was so happy with the love and concern that he showed to her.  She wrote, “Jeff was kind, patient, calm, very professional and treated the customer, (me), like he would like to be treated.  I just wanted you to know what a good job he is doing.”
