Elaine is currently working  in a workplace that she describes as hostile and discriminatory.  The abuse she has endured has taken a toll on her.  Pray that God will work in her life and give her wisdom and grace on how to deal with this.  And, that God will work in her heart through all of this and that she will keep her attitude right.
