Judy is elderly and in failing health.  She has owned her condo for 20 years.  Recently some new neighbors have moved in that are noisy 24/7, and very inconsiderate. They seem to party most of the time and are not concerned that they are disturbing her.  Pray that  the Lord will soften their heart  and that they will be more considerate.
