Please pray that the demonic attacks Peggy and her family are experiencing from their neighbors will stop.  Pray that they will be able to find a different home where they will be able to relocate.  The neighbors are literally driven by the enemy to torment them since they are Christians.  Pray a hedge of protection round about them.
