Rita wanted to give an offering towards Lori’s House, and promised the Lord that when the money came in she would give 20 percent to the ministry.  When the money didn’t come in as soon as she expected it to come she thought that maybe the person had changed her mind.  However, it did come in and she is praising the Lord that she was able to give to Lori’s House.
