Susan has been a faithful employee at her job for 16 years.  Recently she has been passed over and others have been paid more than her, even though she has been there for a long time and has been promised a promotion.  Of course, she is hurt by the unfairness and dishonesty of the situation.  Pray that whatever is going on will be worked out or that she will find a better work situation.
