Christians Killed Christmas Eve In Nigeria
Government officials in Nigeria have confirmed a terrorist attack on Christmas Eve that killed at least six Christians in the nothern state of Yobe.
A church in the city of Potiskum was attacked and set on fire late Christmas eve. The attack was very similar to attacks carried out last year on Christmas by the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram. That series of attacks killed almost 40 people. Continue reading
Government Attack On School Kills 29 In Damascus
Syrian rebels reported that a government mortar attack hit a school outside of Damascus today killing 28 students and their teacher.

31 Dead In Somalia Islamist Assault
The al-Qaeda linked Islamic terrorist group al-Shabab attacked a military base and set off a roadside bomb in the Puntland section of Somalia. At least 31 people are confirmed dead in the attack. Continue reading
Suspected Taliban Members Kills U.S. Troops
Two U.S. soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan by a man dressed in an Afghan police uniform. The forces attached to NATO were shot in Khas Uruzgan, about 250 miles from the capital of Kabul.
Last month the U.S. has suspended training of Afghan police because of insider attacks. Officials wouldn’t confirm that this terrorist was connected to the Taliban but said it was possible the attacker was a militant dressed in a police uniform. Continue reading

Al-Qaeda Plot In Jordan Stopped
Eleven terrorists have been arrested in Jordan in connection to an al-Qaeda plot. The men are reported to have planned attacks on Western diplomats and high-traffic locations like shopping centers.
Officials told the BBC the attack was planned to fall on the anniversary of attacks in Amman on November 9, 2005 when three al-Qaeda terrorists made homicide bomb attacks on three hotels killing 60 people. The plot reportedly has been in the planning stages since June where al-Qaeda operatives trained the men to create homemade explosives. Continue reading
