David Horowitz

David Horowitz is the author of many books, including his latest, “Final Battle: The Next Election Could Be the Last.”

David Horowitz is an American conservative writer and the author of Big Agenda: President Trump’s Plan to Save America, now in its tenth week on The New York Times’ best-seller list.

He is currently a founder and current president of the David Horowitz Freedom Center; editor of the Center’s publication, FrontPage Magazine; and director of Discover the Networks, a website that tracks individuals and groups on the political left. Horowitz also founded the organization Students for Academic Freedom.

Horowitz was one of the founders of the New Left in the 1960s and an editor of its largest magazine, Ramparts. He is the author, with Peter Collier, of three best selling dynastic biographies: The Rockefellers: An American Dynasty (1976); The Kennedys: An American Dream (1984); and The Fords: An American Epic (1987).  He has authored and co-authored well over 50 books and hundreds of articles.

He later rejected liberal and progressive ideas completely and has since become a proponent of conservatism. Horowitz has recounted his ideological journey in a series of retrospective books, culminating with his 1996 memoir Radical Son: A Generational Odyssey.

Horowitz is now publishing The Black Book of the American Left, a multi volume collection of his conservative writings that will, when completed, be the most ambitious effort ever undertaken to define the Left and its agenda. The Left In Power: Clinton To Obama, the seventh volume of this projected nine volume work, has just appeared.

David Horowitz is a champion of the American Conservative cause having devoted his life to bringing to light the far left agenda.
