Shelia Artt has over 44 years of ministry experience. Her focus is to build the Kingdom of God but not a congregation. As a teacher and director of Cross Roads Kingdom Training Center, International, her heart is to raise up Sons and daughters of God and release them to fulfill God’s destiny. Shelia is also the founder and director of Outrageous Grace Inspiration. Through Outrageous Grace she seeks to teach others how to live an outrageously good life in grace and power.
