Matthew 24:11 There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven.
Over 15,000 acres of land has burned in central Colorado as an out of control wildfire is threatening the city of Colorado Springs. The fire doubled in size overnight.
Over 800 firefighters are fighting the blaze which is considered only 5% contained. Much of the city is under a mandatory evacuation order due to the threat. The US Air Force Academy has also been evacuated due to the smoke and fire.
Several long time area attractions have been damaged by the fire. The “Flying W Chuckwagon” ranch which featured cowboy music and “chuckwagon” dinners to residents since 1953 burned to the ground.
Weather conditions are not favorable for the firefighters. Record high temperatures and wind gusts up to 65 miles per hour are causing the fire to jump various fire lines.
So far no deaths have been reported but the Memorial Health System has said they’ve treated 20 patients for respiratory related illnesses.
The name of JESUS IN Hebrew is being highlighted via these fires in the rocks that are literally crying out in in Boulder, Colo!! We are reminded of the Sovereignty and Power of God! As of this writing, we have TWO new fires in Colorado for a total of TWELVE!They are NOT abating – only more sprouting up! The winds are constantly shifting directions – alluding the most expert plans of man. And we have constant breezes in the state that simply fan the flames. The lightening is starting many – and it’s a fearful thing to be able to see these lightening bolts stike down from the heavens for what seems for minutes – straight down from the darkened skies! The movie industry could not even duplicate what we are living out here….In Boulder,Colo, where the fire ignited on the VERY TOP of FLAGSTAFF MOUNTAIN just a few days ago, people need to recognize the representation of the following: Flagstaff Mtn sits right atop the Flatiron formation. These are HUGE ROCKS that jut out from the ground – multi stories high & have been there for centuries!! YAHWEH,GOD is making his point loud and clear! If you read HEBREW, THE FLATIRONS CLEARLY FORM, (right to left as one reads Hebrew) the letters: YUD, SHIN, VAV, AYIN!! THESE SPELL THE NAME; YESHUA! – JESUS!! These rocks are “literally crying out” the Name that is above every Name! (The best view to see the Hebraic formation is from Foothills Parkway in Boulder. Look due west! If you know Hebrew – ya can’t miss it!) And the fire this is smoking and burning right atop this formation makes it look like MT SINAI!! We all must continue to repent, pray, seek His face and turn from wicked ways…. but know that GOD has a plan in all this!Yes, people are loosing homes, businesses, etc… but GOD is Sovereign and is simply giving us all messages to ensure our hearts are right so as not to lose souls & save them! Please – work at bringing in the harvest, souls into His kingdom! Jesus gave us the great commission to “go and teach all nations…”. Please – do your part in this – all over this nation – so that that Jesus can come! We can’t leave this realm until the last soul is harvested. Please do your part. Pray for all! Thanks for your compassion to pray for all of us in Colorado and other states that are experiencing the same. Last year it was tornadoes and earthquakes… this year it’s record breaking heat and fires…floods in Minn and the tropical depression in Floida. And it’s only the end of June! Thanks for praying for us in Colorado. We deeply appreciate your prayers! And pray for all the animals too, pets and wildlife that are literally fleeing, swimming the reservoir near Ft Collins for their lives! Maran Atha! Come, Lord Jesus, Come!
Colorado has 9 huge mountain fires burning. It has reached the western part of the city of Colorado Springs and has gotten quite close to the Air Force Base! The one nearest the Wyoming border is also huge. Thousands of people evacuated! Hundreds of homes destroyed. No known loss of life. Great alert system!!! The rugged mountain terrain makes it extremely difficult along with 5 straight days of temperatures over 100, and two of those days 105 degrees. Now a stretch of upper 90’s!!!
This makes me very sad.
It’s time for Christians all over the nation to as one body begin a prayer and fasting for our nation. I don’t know how to start it. Something has to be done and done now. And the lady is right group prayer works but we need for Christians to repent and begin serious prayer and fasting.

It is a treacherous fire for sure, but as we ALL bind together in prayer coming against it, God will send rain. At our church, we had a disoriented lady missing for 3 days; but after 3 church services on Sunday, we all gathered in the Chapel to pray for her. The next day she was found. That’s the power of group prayer. I have certainly prayed and will continue to do so until the fire is out. Also binding and loosing is well indeed according to Matthew l8:l8.
