Two-mile-wide tornado slams Oklahoma City area

A powerful tornado blasted an area outside of Oklahoma City on Monday, ripping roofs off buildings, leveling homes and leaving a massive band of destruction in its wake.

In the desperate seconds and minutes after the storm passed, the human toll was yet to even begin to be counted.

Survivors emerged from shelters to see an apocalyptic vision — the remnants of cars twisted and piled on each other to make what had been a parking lot look like a junk yard. Bright orange flames roaring from a structure that was blazing even as rain continued to fall.

  1. Devastating. Praying in the Spirit for God to move on behalf of survivors. My son lives in Edmond, is working in Portland Or, his family is ok. ????Based on program aired on Monday, (WHME)& Rick Joyner’s sermon, would H.A.A.R.P. been used to do this??? It is capable!!!!

  2. I am saddened to hear about all the devestation that the storms has caused. I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and for the most part we missed the tornatoes. Jim I visited you when you were still in the Cafe. I came down with Mike Warnke. Maybe sometime we can come again.

    Blessings to you and Lori

  3. My niece was in the path. She was at home. It threw a wall on her. Her house is completely gone. Took her vehicle down the street. Her husband was at work. She is still in shock. Please Pray
    Thank You

  4. Now, is time to look unto God, the times are evil, the earth itself is groaning for Justice, the unborn more than 55 million murdered in the womb, their blood is crying out! We must cry out for mercy and repent, the things that are coming upon this earth, God is good, but God is not mocked.

  5. Praying for God’s angels to assist in the recovery/rescue efforts in Moore and elsewhere from the outbreak of tornadoes.

I wonder if Jim sees any prophetic significance to this major catastrophe happening again in the city of Moore…(“More”?????)

My understanding is that this tornado seemed to follow the same path as one that hit in 1999.
