In Moldova, a young orphan girl has just turned 16. Government care stops at her age, and she receives the equivalent of $10.00 and a bus ticket back to the city listed on her birth certificate. But, she is an orphan and has no place to go. She steps off of the bus where a man approaches her. “I have a brother in Italy,” he tells her. “He has a restaurant and is looking for waitresses.
