A woman who brought the lives of thousands of babies to an end during her over ten years running a Florida abortion clinic has walked away and dedicated her life to Christ.
The woman, who has only been identified as Terri, accepted Christ after stopping and talking with the protesters that had been standing outside her clinic for years.
“I thought she was going to be angry or something,” John Barros told Christian News Network.
After speaking with the pro-life counselors that Barros’ ministry brought to speak to the women in an attempt to have them keep their babies, she began to see the great error of her beliefs in abortion and her decade of promoting it.
“She’s really showing repentance and she’s really broken up over what she’s done,” Barros explained. “At one point she said, ‘I can’t do enough to erase this. And I said, ‘None of us can. 1st John tells us that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin, and that includes what you’ve done.’”
Terri quit her job, severed all ties with the clinic and has told friends and family that she renounces all of her work in ending the lives of babies.
“I dedicate my life to Christ and I thank Him—believe it or not—every day that I am no longer affiliated with a clinic,” she stated. “It’s a wonderful thing that I got out of there. I thank God every day I’m gone.”
It is never pleasant to relive the past when I share my testimony. But I do it because God uses it to comfort others. A hurting woman knows I understand her pain and suffering when she hears that I have been down the same road. And when she receives healing from God, she will extend that same comfort to yet others so that the circle of wounded healers widens.

Pastor Rick Warren released a video addressing his son’s suicide in one of the most direct manners since his death last year.
Warren told those viewing the video that the answer to everyone who has asked him how he and his wife made it through that difficult time in their lives was a simple promise: the promise of Easter.
Warren said that looking at the story of Easter through the lens of the three days is key for Christians working through the most difficult times of their lives. When we face tragedy, we’re facing the Friday when Jesus died and those following Him felt the loss of the one they truly loved. Once the shock passes, it’s like Saturday, where we look around wondering what to do and how to go on. Then Sunday arrives with a new hope because of the eternal life that arrives through the resurrection of Jesus.
He said that as Christians we will face those three days repeatedly over our lifetimes and that we need to focus on reaching the joy and victory that comes through our risen Lord Jesus.
Warren said the message he is delivering this Easter regarding his recovery from his son’s suicide and the importance of Christ’s resurrection is the most important of his entire ministry.
