Baby Survives Abortion Pill And Twin’s Miscarriage

A woman who was given an abortion pill after a miscarriage was shocked to discover that she was still pregnant.

The woman and her husband are now celebrating the miraculous birth of their daughter Megan.

Michelle Hui believed she was pregnant with her third child with husband Ross.  Six weeks into her pregnancy she suffered a miscarriage and her doctor gave her abortion-inducing drugs because they wanted to make sure her uterus was completely cleaned out.

What none of them knew at the time was that Michelle had been carrying twins and the miscarriage only took the life of one of the babies.

Ten days after she was given the medication, she went back in for another procedure and was as surprised as the doctor to hear a heartbeat.

“The doctor went out and came back in with a more senior doctor and he did the scan again and he said, ‘You are not going to believe it – we’ve got a heartbeat.’ It was the best feeling ever. Now Megan is fine. She’s healthy and she is just a big healthy pudding of a baby. The doctors said it was a blessing. They have never heard of anything like it. Someone had been looking over us,” Michelle told the Christian Post.

Her doctors could not provide a single medical reason why Megan survived.

Our Miraculous Father

The Healing Ministry of Kathy Troccoli (Pt. 1)

I am writing a series of blogs on the shows we just taped with Kathy Troccoli because I can’t help but do all I can do to get this word out – it is so powerful!  Kathy is not just a singer, she’s a Voice that God has given to the Body of Christ with a Message for the Times.

Let me first just say that if you didn’t catch the live shows with Kathy Troccoli, PLEASE be sure to catch the broadcasts when they air in your area.  These shows are some of the most powerful healing shows we have ever taped, and I can’t help but believe that God wants to heal so many of His precious ones because it’s time!  We are so close to His Second Coming and yet there are so many hurting, broken people.  When we operate out of our pain, we continue to hurt others and that needs to stop!  It needs to stop in our own lives so that it can stop in the lives of others.  A wounded spirit touches everything around it – and wounds again whatever it touches. Lack Of Deaths In Chicago Metro Accident Called “A Miracle”

A transportation expert says that Monday’s accident involving a Chicago Transit Authority train at O’Hare International Airport could have caused multiple deaths and injuries if it had happened later in the day.

The train was driven by a sleepy operator who investigators suspect fell asleep at the controls.  The train crashed through a barrier, over a platform and then rocketed up an escalator before coming to a stop.

DePaul University professor Joseph Schwieterman said that it was “a miracle that nobody died.”

“A train running up a (crowded) escalator could have been a worst case scenario,” Schwieterman told Fox News. “When pedestrians are hit by a train, it is usual fatal.”

He also said that while many of the passengers suffered injuries, they were lucky that the train jumped the tracks instead of crashing into a concrete barrier at the end of the platform.

“That was a lucky break,” he said. “A train hitting a wall at … high speed could easily have been fatal for many.”

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating.

Bible Found In Church Rubble Hailed As Miracle

In the wake of the devastating explosion that destroyed two buildings in Harlem, the discovery of a Bible is being called a miracle by not only members of the Spanish Christian Church that was destroyed in the blast but firefighters and emergency personnel.

On the third day of their recovery efforts, rescue workers found a waterlogged Bible under the debris of the church.  The Bible was not singed by fire at all and the water damage was minimal.

Members of the church hailed it as a miracle because the Bible was the one placed on the church’s altar because it was the used for the founding of the church 80 years ago.

The church’s pastor, Rev. Thomas Perez, became so overwhelmed at the sight of the Bible being brought out intact from the rubble that he had to be hospitalized for observation.

Attendees told reporters the Spanish-language Bible belonged to the founding couple of the church.

Fire Commissioner Sal Cassano said the discovery of the Bible means a lot because now the church will have a remnant as they rebuild.

Atheists Seek To Remove Cross From 9/11 Museum

A group of atheists is trying to force the 9/11 Museum to remove the “Miracle Cross” because they say its existence in the museum violates the Constitution.

The “Miracle Cross” is a 17-foot cross-shaped beam that was found in the rubble of 9/11.  The cross was displayed at Ground Zero and many workers on the site considered it a source of comfort and hope in the midst of the death and destruction.

The anti-Christian group American Atheists says the cross is part of religious history, not American history, and says that its existence in the 9/11 Museum that opens in May violates the separation of church and state.

The Museum is on land owned by the Port Authority and financed by taxpayers.

The atheist group says that if the cross is displayed, that his group wants a similar item such as a plaque that reads, “atheists died here too.”

Federal Judge Reena Raggi appeared to be skeptical of the claims by the atheists.

“There are countless cases of museums including religious artifacts in their exhibits and it’s going to be described in a way that talks about the history of the object,” Judge Raggi said.  “What is the problem here?  An argument has been made that you’re trying to censor history.”

A ruling is expected in several months.

“Miracle” Baby Found In Trash Dumpster

Doctors are calling a “miracle” a maintenance worker’s discovery of a baby in a trash dumpster.

Carlos Michel said that he thought he was hearing the sound of an animal dying in a dumpster at the Reverse at Windmill Lakes apartment complex.  He decided to investigate and discovered a newborn boy, with the umbilical cord still attached, inside a plastic garbage bag.

Michel immediately checked for breath sounds and found the child was still alive.  He placed him inside his heated truck and warmed the boy until he began to react like a normal baby.  He kept him safe until emergency personnel arrived on the scene.

Doctors say he saved the child’s life.

Police investigators found a 16-year-old woman in a nearby apartment who admitted bagging up the baby and throwing it in the dumpster.  Police gave no details why the teen abandoned her baby in that manner but said she was taken to a local hospital.

Child Protective Services will care for the baby.  The Harris County District Attorney’s office has not said if they will be filing charges against the mother.

Weather Defying Surgeon Hailed As Hero

A Birmingham, Alabama brain surgeon is being hailed as a hero after he defied the harsh winter storm that shut down the town to answer the call for an emergency.

Dr. Zenko Hrynkiw received a call while attending patients at Brookwood Medical Center that he was needed miles away at Trinity Medical Center for emergency surgery.   Dr. Hrynkiw is the only brain surgeon on staff for Trinity Medical Center.

The neurosurgeon rushed to his car and attempted to drive to the other hospital only to find he was trapped a few blocks away by abandoned cars and traffic because of the massive snowstorm that blanketed the city.

So the doctor called Trinity on his fading cell phone and said that he would be walking.

The charge nurse at Trinity called local police to have them on the lookout for the doctor but despite a few reported sightings no one was able to find him.  Hours later, the doctor called from inside the hospital after making the over 6-mile trek.

Dr. Hrynkiw rushed to the family’s side to get health information and then rushed in to complete the surgery for a traumatic brain injury.  Hospital officials say that the patient would have most likely died if it wasn’t for the doctor arriving when he did to perform the surgery.

Two Foster Children Receive “Christmas Miracle”

Two young foster children in Tennessee were granted a “Christmas miracle” when a prayer sent into the sky this summer was answered.

Eva, 6, and Jasmine, 8, were taking part in Vacation Bible School at the church they attended in east Tennessee. The children were told to put a prayer request inside a balloon that would be inflated with helium and released into the air.

So the girls wrote a note asking God to allow them to be adopted by the foster parents who had been caring for them during the last two months. The balloon was released with 30 others.

None of the balloons were ever heard from again…except for Eva and Jasmine’s.

The balloon made its way to a trailer park in McHenry, Maryland. The people who found the balloon mailed it back to the girl’s foster parents, Lynn and Dennis.

Lynn told WBIR-TV and the Christian Post the balloon being found was a message from God that she and her husband should adopt the girls. They had been praying for God’s direction and felt the balloon was confirmation they were to follow their hearts.

On Tuesday, a judge legally made the girls the daughters of Lynn and Dennis.
